4AI Systems’ Project Manager Attends Women in Rail

4AI Systems’ Project Manager for North America, Sneha Baste-Fishburn attended Railway Age’s Women in Rail 2024 event on 5-6 November in Chicago. The conference celebrated the growth in leadership roles for women in the railway industry. The robust program included valuable panel discussions, an awards luncheon and a local transit tour with Metra.

Session highlights included Beth Whited, the first female president of Union Pacific, who spoke about her journey and dedication to industry diversity and inclusion; and Hon. Jennifer Homendy, Chair of the National Transportation Safety Board, who addressed today’s safety landscape as well as her career journey.

There were plenty of opportunities to connect with the talented group of women from a wide range of positions. During the networking, delegates were especially keen to chat more to Sneha about 4AI Systems’ advanced ability with AI and its specific uses in the rail industry.

The response to the conference this year was incredible, with the Railway Age team saying they hope to make it even bigger next year – we look forward to it!
